Naughty Nags Novice category description

Novice horse/rider: Not to have won 3 blue ribbons in that event ever at any show anywhere. Events being showmanship, english eq, english pleasure, western eq, western pleasure, and trail. Once you have won 3 blue ribbons in a single event, before the beginning of the series, you are no longer eligible to compete as a novice in that single event. For example, of you have won 3 blues in showmanship before the beginning of the series, you can't complete in the showmanship novice class any longer. You are still allowed however to compete as a novice in any of the other events, and continue through that series as a novice in those events, still allowing you to try winning the Novice award for that series. The Naughty Nags can't concern themselves with points and placings at other shows. There's no way to check on every exibitor. We do check the points and placings for our shows, and rely on your honesty for the rest.
